All units have doors and windows and are ready to use. You just need to make a couple of easy decisions:

Weather Tight Shell or Complete?

• Weather Tight Shell – High Quality Vinyl Windows, a Steel Door and Hardi Plank siding,  the interior is ready for completion with exposed studs and the floor is ¾” Fir CDX plywood. There is no insulation, custom flooring, or paneling.
• Complete – Insulation, paneling and flooring included.

Then decide how you want your Fab Structure finished:

  • **Flooring is ¾” x 3″ clear Fir, ACX tongue and groove
  • Paneling is Blue pine, Wainscotting (6 x 36 x 3/4” T&G) chair railing, window casements and moldings. Paneling above Wainscotting and ceiling is Birch or Fir 4 x 8 x ½”.
• Superior
  • Substitute High Quality FSC Marvin wood windows*
  • Flooring is ¾” x 3″ clear Fir, ACX tongue and groove (FSC)
  • Paneling is Blue pine, Wainscotting (6 x 36 x 3/4” T&G) chair railing, window casements and moldings. Paneling above wainscotting and ceiling is Birch or Fir 4 x 8 x ½”.
